Gary Thurman left this world Saturday August 3rd, 2024. Gary was a hard working, fun loving and generous man. He was an electrician by trade and owned his own Communications business. He was also considered a "jack of all trades". He could fix just about anything. You could typically find him outdoors in his garage working on something, usually his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
He loved to ride and loved having friends over for a good barbecue. He was the life of the party. He was always lending a hand to others in need of help. He was known to all of his friends as "a good guy". His family could always count on him no matter the need.
He was preceded in death by his parents Bill and Betty Thurman and his three brothers, Frank, Ralph and Michael Thurman; his loving wife Patty Thurman and his daughter in law Karen Richey.
He is survived by his daughter Amanda Thurman, niece Carrie Anderson and husband Mike and grandniece Alexis Anderson, step son Scott Richey and grandsons Liam and Kegan; step daughter Amanda Pocan and husband Joey and granddaughter Ashlee and great grandson Remi James Pocan. He had many other relatives and friends.
He will be missed.
