A visitation will be held in her honor on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Vision Christian Center, 4467 Hwy 24, Bourg, LA from 9:00 a.m. until the Mass at 11:00 a.m. The burial will follow services at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery 1237 Hwy 665, Pointe-Aux-Chenes (Montegut), LA where her priest will offer final prayers as she is laid to rest alongside her husband, Jack, in the mausoleum.
Gaynelle is survived by her sons: Robert, Joey (Monica), Timothy, Jeffery (Ellen), and Angelo (Melissa); daughters: Pamela (Roy) Taylor, Christine (Glenn) Martin, Vanessa (Kim) Voisin, and Patricia (Jeffrey) Fatchett; sisters: Delta Mae LeBoeuf, Sherry (Ronald) Boquet, and Donna Lee Brunet; and brothers: Newton (Opal) and Danny (Gail). She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 67 great-grandchildren, and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 yrs, Joseph "Jack" Jeffery Hutchinson; daughter-in-law, Elaine Hutchinson; grandson, Glenn Junior Martin; great-grandson, Austin Bush; parents, Alvard and Sadie LeBoeuf Blanchard; sisters: Alvenia (Loris) Guidry, Mernelle (Danis) Dupre, Patsy (Billy) Marshall, Letty Ann (Amos) Hebert, and Merliene; and brothers: Kirby, Alvin (Candy) and Terry (Gloria).
Gaynelle was a devoted member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church for 61 years. Her husband Jack often said she was the most beautiful woman he had ever known. She was deeply loved and adored by her children, who will miss her tremendously. Her greatest joys were her faith in Jesus Christ, her husband, and her family. She enjoyed tending flower gardens, spending time with loved ones, solving puzzles, and for several years co-managed Jack Hutchinson's Greenhouse and Nursery, which she inspired.
