Gene Edward Collier
December 4, 1974 - November, 17,2025
With profound heartbreak, we announce the passing of Gene Edward Collier, age 50, who left this world far too soon. Born on December 4, 1974, in Richmond, Virginia, Gene lived a life defined by love, faith, and an unwavering devotion to the people and animals he cherished.
Gene was the son of Mary Ann Collier and Eugene Collier, both of whom predeceased him. Their values, love, and guidance shaped him into the man he became-kind-hearted, generous, and unwaveringly loyal.
Gene is survived by his loving wife, Vanesa Collier; his daughters Brooke Duerr, Angelina Brannon, Mackenzie Collier, Megan Collier; his son Tyler Collier; and his sister Shirley Collier.
To be loved by Gene was a blessing. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched, the compassion he showed, and the love he gave so generously.
May he rest in eternal peace, wrapped in the faith he carried so confidently, and forever remembered by those who loved him.
