Gene proudly served his country as an Army Veteran during the Korean War. His time in the military instilled in him a sense of duty and honor that he carried throughout his life. Gene’s service to his country will always be remembered and honored.
Gene was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Mary Colbert Davis. He is survived by his daughter, Vonda Jean DeGeare; son, Daniel Craig Davis; grandchildren, Lisa Jean DiBenedetto, Shelby Mikala DeGeare, Josh DeGeare, Lou Daniel Davis, Angela Nicole Davis; great-grandchildren, Bryson Henley DiBenedetto, Lucas Davis, Haley Davis, Austin DeGeare, and Jaxon DeGeare.
There are no formal service scheduled at this time.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to a charity of your choice in his name.
