Gene "Geno" Peruzzi, passed away November 28, 2024. Born on January 3, 1951, he is the son of Geno and Lena Peruzzi. Geno grew up in Caspian MI, and graduated from Iron County with the class of 1969. He attended N.M.U. where he was involved in a serious auto accident. After one year recuperating he moved to Green Bay in 1973 where he worked for forty three years in the Optical Industry, retiring from W.O.S. in 2016.
Geno loved playing sports in his younger years and followed the Packers, Brewers, and Bucks along with the PGA very closely. He loved attending his grandchildren's games of baseball, basketball, and soccer.
He is survived by his son Chad (Stacy) Peruzzi of Oshkosh, and one daughter Kate (Jeremy) Jost of Green Bay; four grandchildren, Dominic, Alexis Peruzzi, and Harper and Jackson Jost; brother, Tim (Bonnie) Peruzzi of Iron River MI and sister Julie (Ron) Woodworth of Green Bay.
Preceded in death by his wife Terry and his parents Geno and Lena.
Per the request of the deceased there will be no funeral or visitation. I'll see you again some day. Bye for now. Love you all!!!
The family would also like to thank the staff at Unity Hospice (especially Ashley and Amy) for the wonderful care given to Gene.
