Geneva Stroud Obituary
Geneva Joyce Stroud, 89, of Pangburn, AR, went home to be with the lord on January 27, 2025. She was born in Beebe, Arkansas on February 14, 1935 to Oscar and Leatrice Bowman.Geneva was preceded in death by her husband, Dennald “Shorty” Stroud; her son, Dennald Carrel Stroud; her parents; sister, Elwanda Boone; sister, Mable Nick; sister, Genelle Howdeshell; and brother, Earl Bowman, Sr.She is survived by three daughters, Becky Davis of Pangburn, Betty Higgs of Bauxite and Janet Whisenant (Fred) of Mayflower; daughter-in-law, Chris Stroud of Jacksonville; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 30th at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home in Beebe, Arkansas.
