Geneva Ruth Smith Terry, age 85, departed this life on Sunday September 28, 2025. She was born on July 8, 1940 to the late Ray Smith and Island Sexton and Step-father John Crabtree.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband Francis Leon Terry; Children: Randall Leon Terry, and Barbara Jane Mason; Brother: Burlin Smith; Grandchild: Corey Terry.
She is survived by her husband of over 49 years: Charles Oza Terry; Children: Penny Terry Butler and husband Jim, Karen Terry Watson, Jackie Terry and Mary, Amber Chambers McGhee, Michael Schrock and wife Stephanie, Steven Terry and wife Cobie, Ashley Ellis and husband Jason, Kylie Terry, Grace Davidson, Addison Terry, and Daniel Green and wife Tiffany; many grandchildren and great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; Special friend: Cindy Sellers; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 from 4:00 P.M. until time of funeral service to begin at 7:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida with Bro. Jeff Boyatt officiating. Music to be provided by Shay Bowling. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. in the Sexton Cemetery of the Cherry Fork Community.
Pallbearers will be Steven Terry, Jackie Terry, Chris Chambers, Jessie Chambers, Michael Schrock, Little Michael and Dalton Brewster.
