Genevieve was born on April 3, 1946, in Duisburg, Germany to the late Kostas and Aldona (Kalinauskas) Berzinis.
She is survived by her children, David (Valerie) Martin of Chester, Harriet Tottleben (Paul Hardy) of Plainfield, IL, Jenny Martin of Burbank, IL, and Caroline Martin of Bolingbrook, IL; grandchildren, Ashley Tottleben, Mikayla Tottleben, Andrea Tottleben, Kara Hardy, Savannah Martin, Heather Waltasti, Steven Bailey, step-grandchildren, Gary Williams, Jennifer Zeigler, and Andrew Gahn; great-grandchildren, Juliano, Marina, and Charlotte; former son-in-law, Rob Tottleben.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Albinas and Aldona Karaliunas; two grandsons, Dustin Martin and Galen Tottleben; one brother, Anthony Kalinauskas; one infant sister.
Graveside service will be Monday, July 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Zeigler City Cemetery with Pastor Don Wright officiating.
Vantrease-Pyle Funeral in Zeigler is entrusted with the arrangements.
