George Bennett Obituary
George graduated from Tech Memorial High School and worked as a truck driver, a master plumber, and most recently as a driver with Diamond State Pole Buildings. He was a member of the Moose Club in Camden, DE and the NRA. He enjoyed horses and traveling.
Survivors include his companion, Deborah Cauff-White; one daughter, Tammy Williams, of Erie; a number of grandchildren; two brothers, Leo Bennett (Cora) and John Bennett (Shannon Friend), all of Erie; his stepson, Phillip; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., on Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m. and are invited to services there on Friday at 10 a.m. Entombment will follow in Erie County Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Anna Shelter, 1555 E 10th St, Erie, PA 16511.

God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I will remember him coming to salon for a haircut, saying the wash/ shampoo part is the best part! He was a nice, pleasant man, friendly, with a smile for everyone.

Bennett family,
I am very sorry for you loss. I will be forever grateful for the time I got to spend with George, whether it was taken a trip to Erie to visit or working the summers learning the trade that he was a master or just a weekend hanging out having a BBQ those memories and life skills will live on forever.
May his spirit will live on forever among those he has touched during his time with us.
God rest his soul.
