George H. Casperson

George H. Casperson, age 76, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. The beloved husband of Faye Casperson (Kozy) for 54 years. He was born in Bristol, PA to James and Florence (Richardson) Casperson. George was a retired veteran of the United States Army and Air Force and served multiple tours during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his wife, family and many pets. After retirement George spent most of his time with his wife in their dream home in Pahrump, NV. George was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Mahlon Casperson and James Casperson Jr., and sisters Florence Ciesielski, Joan Cummings and Maryann Zorer. He was the loving father of Mahlon Casperson (Christy) of East Palestine, OH and Shane Casperson (Tracey) of Mars, PA. George was the loving grandfather of James, Allen, Haley, Jason, Ethan, George and Chase. He is also survived by his brother Jack Casperson (Dolly) and his sister Bonnie Potts. George loved and will be greatly missed by his numerous nieces and nephews. Friends and family will be received at Christ Anglican Church in Brownsville, PA on December 21, 2021 at 11am for a service for both George and Faye. Internment of their ashes will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Masontown, PA.
