George Rodriguez, 70, of Santa Fe New Mexico Passed away June 21st, 2023

George was born March 31st, 1953 in Bernalillo, NM to Manuelita Trujillo and Avenicio Rodriguez. He was raised in both Bisbee, AZ with his aunt Mary and in Santa Fe, NM with his mother and four brothers. George was a project manager/estimator for Davis & Associates and other construction firms in Santa Fe and California. He was a black belt in karate and loved coaching his kids soccer and little league teams. George was an avid softball player and always looked forward to the start of the season. He found great peace and serenity in the mountains camping and especially fishing at his favorite spots along side the Pecos River. He loved nothing more then to spend time with family and friends around a good meal and a cup of coffee. He will be greatly missed .

He is proceeded in death by his parents and step father Braulio Garcia, Aunt Mary, brothers Marty and Ray Rodriguez, Ex- wife Felice Rodriguez and niece Janette Rodriguez. He is survived by his two children Matthew and Megan Rodriguez, grandchildren Dawnica, Everly and Merik. Step-daughters Rachael (Leonard) and Shannon and step grandchildren Michael, Eric and Joseph. Brothers Daniel (Margaret) and Micheal Rodriguez.

Funeral mass will be held at St. Annes Parish July 24th at 10a.m, following with a butterfly release at the Rose park for him and Felices five year anniversary. Followed with reception at Christian life church on Siringo rd.
