George Louis Fox, known alternately as "Foxy" and "Fiery Fox", passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 83. Born October 5, 1942, George lived a full life marked by dedication to his family, career, and passions.
George spent most of his career as an optician, where he was respected for his knowledge and skill. A licensed pilot, he loved aviation and spending time at the airport, working on his plane and connecting with fellow pilots.
Remembered for his sharp mind and a devil-may-care sense of humor balanced by an impulse to help others in need, George will be deeply missed by his family and many who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Linda; daughter Amy, her husband Robert, and their daughters Kate and Elizabeth; son George, his wife Julieta, and their children Diego, Sonia, and Anya.
