George Slear Harman, 58, of Mountain Home passed away Monday, August 25, 2025, in Mountain Home. He was born November 7, 1966, in Kansas City, Kansas to Howard and Ellen (Fox) Harman. George loved working on his truck and floating on the river on an inner tube. He was the kind of person who was always willing to go out of his way to help others. George is preceded in death by his parents.

George is survived by a son, Brandon Moak of Mountain Home; two brothers, Bill Harman of Mountain Home and Richard (Tammy) Harman of Iowa; a sister, Joyce (Daryl Jones) Lewis of Henderson; two nephews, Scott (Danielle) Lewis of Mountain Home and Rodney Weaver of Little Rock; three nieces, Jessica Samples of Magnolia, Jennifer (JoJo) Kirkpatrick of Magnolia and Robin (Harry) Darby of Texas; six great nieces and nephews, Eli Lewis, Maddie Lewis, Judd Samples, Lexi Samples, Evan Darby, Emily Darby and a extended number of other family and friends.

A memorial service will be announced in the coming days.
