Chuck was a journeyman lineman for Knoxville Utilities Board that dedicated 38 years of his life to the profession before retirement.
He is preceded in death by his parents, JoAnn Wooliver and George (Bud) Wooliver; and sister, Debbie Wooliver.
He is survived by his wife, Tonya Wooliver; sisters, Libby Johnson, Pat Wooliver, Taylor Wooliver, Harley Wooliver; and stepson, Travis Atkins.
The family will receive friends at Gentry Griffey Funeral Chapel (5301 Fountain Rd, Knoxville, TN, 37918) on Saturday, December 21st from 3:00pm-5:00pm.
