George Joseph Larcenaire of Mustang, Oklahoma, was born on April 22, 1934, in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, to Theophile Joseph Larcenaire and Amilia Eugenie Dumont. He cherished his many childhood memories growing up in Fitchburg and after completing trade school, he joined the Navy in 1953.
Throughout his life, he was granted the privilege of being a son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and above all, a true and caring friend to everyone along his path. George was known for always going out of his way to lend a helping hand to anyone he encountered that was in need, definitely one of his most notable traits in life.
Over the years, he had moved from Massachusetts to Liberty Hills, Texas, and in 2010 he relocated to Mustang, Oklahoma, to enjoy his retirement and playing golf. There he met Chiquita Wilson Meier at the Mustang Senior Center and asked her, "if she would be his friend". Needless-to-say, that friendship developed into a loving relationship, and they were married in 2016.
He will be greatly missed by many but especially his loving wife who sends with him a message of love:
"Thank you, George, for loving and protecting me in our later years. Until we are together again on the other side, I will love you forever and miss you dearly". Always, Chiquita.
