McCoy, George W., 83, Hustontown, passed away peacefully at home on November 15, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Son of the late Carl and Louise (Brown) McCoy. George is survived by his devoted wife of 57 years, Mary Louise (McMath) McCoy; his daughter, Kimberly (Rob) Billingham; and his son, Wesley (Lisa) McCoy. He was the proud grandfather of four grandchildren and blessed with four great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense joy. George is also survived by his brother, Robert (Donna), and his sister, Audrey (Boyd) Varner. He was preceded in death by his brother, Harold. George was an Army veteran and a proud Chrysler retiree. He enjoyed a simple, meaningful life rooted in family, faith, and curiosity. He loved gardening, reading, playing cards, and studying Civil War history, interests that he shared warmly with those around him. Above all, George will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his unwavering love for his family, and the steady strength he carried through every season of his life. His legacy lives on in the generations who loved him dearly. At George’s request, there will be no services.
