George McCoy Obituary
Gene was preceded in death by his parents, and 10 brothers and sisters, and one grandchild, Elizabeth.
Survivors include his daughter Makisha (Jon) Tenbrink, Darrell (Shannon) McCoy, Mary (Shelly) McCoy, Sisters Cricket Graves; Carolyn Jackson; and Theresa Dunnavant; Brother Mearl McCoy, as well as, 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 28th, at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.
A celebration of George's life will be on Saturday, February 28th at 2:00 PM at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home with Edward Garland officiating.
Honorary pallbearers are Shawn McCoy; JT McCoy; Deidra Smith; Kea Moffitt; Dana Lehnherr; Kallie Yarbough; Haylie Love; Chelsie Tenbrink; Brock Tenbrink; Vernon Tenbrink; and Veronica Aldridge.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Lee Fields and Harold Stevens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society.
To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
