The first time I met Frank McGuire I had been a police officer with Douglasville PD for a couple of months. He was wearing an army field jacket and had hair over his collar, walking in the pouring rain. I thought he was a homeless person I told him to hop in the police car and I´d take to the PD to get him out of the rain. Imagine my surprise when he said I´m McGuire with the GBI!! Sure enough... He was. I´ve know him for about 50 years. He was one of a kind... Going to miss you brother
