George “Rusty” Deck, 76 of Lucerne passed away at 2:25 p.m., Friday, November 7, 2025 at Woodlawn Hospital in Rochester.
Born on March 4, 1949 in Logansport, he was the son of the late Merle and Betty (Brew) Deck.
Rusty retired from Terra Fertilizer in Lucerne. He was a member of Lucerne Christian Church and the Harrison Township Volunteer Fire Department.
Rusty loved driving his John Deere tractors.
Survivors include his brother, Tom Deck (Mary Ellen) of Logansport, nieces and nephews, Nicole Tunis (Charlie), Tammie Bradshaw (Dean), Christina Everest, Tabitha Knouff, Tom Deck and Jason Deck.
He was also preceded in death by sisters, Judy Pierce and Kathleen Smith.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel, Royal Center.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
Burial will be at Indian Creek Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Harrison Township Volunteer Fire Department.
