George "Mort" Thibodo

George " Mort" Thibodo, 83, passed away on February 25, 2025 at Care One in Northampton. He was born in Holyoke on June 11, 1941. He was the son of Raymond and Bertha (Rivest) Thibodo. He grew up locally and was a longtime Easthampton resident. Mort was a local roofer by trade. He enjoyed wildlife photography and spending time with his loving family and friends. He will be dearly missed by his wife, Lorraine (Duhart) LeBeau of forty-four years, his sons, Todd Thibodo of CA and Todd Boynton of Greenfield. He also leaves two stepdaughters Lyn Kinlock of Easthampton and Cori Henry of CA. George has five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews he was predeceased by Joyce LeBeau, Albert LeBeau and Robert and Raymond Thibodo.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday March 4th from 4-6 PM at the Boucher - O'Brien Funeral Home, 7 Pleasant St., Easthampton. A committal service will be held on Wednesday at 11AM in St. Brigid's Cemetery, Easthampton. Memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital.
