Georgina "Gina," L. Trevorrow, age 55, of Nekoosa, Wisconsin, passed away Friday, August 11, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Gina was born May 14, 1968, to Ralph and Dorothy (Reeck) Batten, in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.
Gina graduated from Necedah High School in 1986 and went on to attend UW Stevens Point and Waukesha County Technical College. She worked for many years as a bookkeeper for Mineshaft Restaurants in Hartford, and Oshkosh, WI.
Gina is survived by her children, Austin and Nolan; granddaughter, Vivian Trevorrow; her father, Ralph (Linda Drew) Batten, her sister, Christina Gerber, along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Gina was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Kocovsky.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2023, 6:00 p.m. at the Torkelson Necedah Family Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited for a visitation on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. A private family burial will take place at a later date in the St. John's Cemetery in Shennington, rural Camp Douglas, Wisconsin.
In lieu of flowers please donate to Susan G. Komen Foundation, or to a cancer center of your choice in memory of Gina.
The family would like to offer a special thank you to the doctors and staff at Aspirus Riverview Cancer Center. Also, a thank you to good friends and cancer buddies, Scott and Julie Drew. Your love and support meant a lot to Gina and her family.
