Gerald "Jerry" Albert

Gerald  "Jerry"  Albert passed away peacefully on October 7, a month shy of his 98th birthday. He is survived by his wife Bobbie (née Barbara Kriegman), his daughter Randi Friedman and son-in-law Dr. Matthew Friedman, his son Howard and daughter-in-law Hillary, his grandchildren Lindsey (husband Tim), Shaun, Neal, Elyse (wife Mara), Nicole and Melanie, and great-grandson Ezra.

Jerry will be remembered for his kindness, his generosity, his tireless work ethic as an accountant (retiring at age 92), his athleticism from baseball as a child to tennis and golf in adulthood, and his beautiful singing voice, participating in a barber shop chorus in his latter years. He and Bobbie were married for 71 years and were known at Rydal Park as the “lovebirds” for their habit of walking the halls holding hands.

Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services on Sunday, October 12 at 1:30 PM at Goldsteins’ Rosenberg’s Suburban North, 310 2nd Street Pike, Southampton PA 18966. Interment King David Memorial Park.

Shiva will be observed on Sunday, October 12 from 6 PM to 9 PM (7:30 minyan service) at the home of Howard and Hillary Albert and on Thursday, October 16 at 6 PM at the home of Randi and Matthew Friedman.
