Pre-deceased by parents Ed and Ruth (Hogan), Brothers, Jack, and Bob Bates and Richie Naas.
Survived by Brothers Don (Marie), Mike (Dolly), Tom (Patty), Sisters MaryAlice Matteson, Ruthann Bates, Janet (Lee) Miller. Aunt Ginny, Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jerry was outgoing and fun to be around. He liked to meet up with his many friends at Bachelor Forum where everyone knew his name.
We love you Jerry and miss you already.
