Richard Parker Allen passed away unexpectedly on October 24, 2025, in Fairport, NY, at the age of 83.
He leaves behind his beloved wife and soulmate of 42 years, Judy Allen. Also mourning his loss are his brother Bill; brother-in-law Bob Scott and Kathy; sister-in-law Cindy Scott; along with several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Gordon and Iva, and his brother David.
Richard, known fondly as Dick, was self employed and had a wonderful career in sales of medical equipment always achieving record breaking goals. In retirement he devoted himself wholeheartedly to his work as Property Manager at Eagle Vale. His dedication was matched only by the warmth he brought to every interaction—a man whose brilliance, kindness, and generosity touched all who knew him.
Together with Judy, Dick built a beautiful home that became a haven for family gatherings and cherished dinner parties. Their shared life was one of deep companionship and quiet joy. He is loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
Per his wishes no service will be held.
