Gerald Allan Boice

On September 10, 1936, Gerald was born to Joseph and Irene Boice. Growing up with his two brothers, Bill and Dave in New Jersey, he found his career as a meat cutter at the tender age of sixteen. During his lifetime he enjoyed baseball and football, as well as fishing and gardening. Gerald was introduced to the Truth, developing a love for Jehovah leading to his baptism in 1960. He served as a ministerial Servant and later, as an Elder. After relocating to Florida, he was appointed to serve as an Elder, and had the additional opportunity to pioneer for about five years. Later in life he added the new interests of cooking and traveling, especially enjoying three international conventions. He remained faithful until his death on October 8, 2022. Gerald is survived by his loving wife, Sue Ann of thirty-four years, his five children, Meg, Debbie, Richard, Danny and Jerry, and five grandchildren.
