Gerald L. "Jerry" Bradfield, 81, a lifelong Edinburg resident, passed away Monday January 26, 2026 at his home. He was born December 28, 1944 in Ravenna, Ohio to the late Glendale C and Virginia (Hefner) Bradfield. Jerry had retired from the Rotek Company in Aurora after 35 plus years of service and served on the Edinburg Fire Department in the late 1970's. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his siblings Bob (Karen) Bradfield, Butch (Lori) Bradfield and Ruth Ann (Mike) Bowland. Survivors include his wife of 47 years Gloria J. (Thompson) Bradfield whom he married February 25, 1978, his children Michele Bradfield, Becky (Elmer) Bradfield- Meese, Jennifer (Ryan) Smith, Jeremy (Helen Kline) Bradfield, his grandchildren Connor, Colton, Kayne, Kyleigh, Ashley and Alayna and his siblings Dodie (Ched) Reber, Dottie (Jim) Witchey and sister in law Karen Bradfield.
