Gerald Drager Obituary
He was born September 22, 1941, in Detroit, the son of the late William and Evelyn (Smith) Drager.
Gerald served his country in the United States Airforce as an Aircraft Mechanic during both the Cuban Missile Crisis and the Vietnam Conflict.
Gerald worked for Stroh's Brewery for 8 years before being employed with Chrysler Transport, where he worked for over 30 years before retiring. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time out side. He was known as a Jack of All trades to those who knew him. Gerald was the best handyman and even rebuilt his own home.
He is survived by his son, Daniel Drager; grandchildren, Masie C. Drager, Daniel James Drager Jr., Nicholas Kole Drager, and Jordan Drager; son-in-law, Matt Reetz; siblings, Roger and Donald Drager, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Terry Reetz and brothers, Lawrence, Robert and William Drager.
The family honors the memory of Gerald and invites you to visit and share memories from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 17, 2024, at Hope Lutheran Church, Goodells, with a Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. Deacon William Warsinski, pastor of Hope Lutheran Church, Goodells, will officiate.
Memorials are suggested to "Wishes of the Family".
