Gerald "Jerry" Friday,
Passed away at the age of 82 years. Beloved husband of the late Angela Friday. Father of Jeff (Jen) and Tami (Briana). Loving Grandfather of Hailey and Aidan. Jill Lindsay; Significant other.
Jerry put in 46 years of service as a biology teacher at Marquette University High School in which seven science organizations ranging from The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources to The National Science Teachers Association have honored him with Teacher of the Year awards. He was also a member of the Milwaukee Bucks Seniorgee/Grand Dancers Dance Team which performed during games and community/charity events. Jerry was known as "Newbie the Clown" in which he entertained youth and adults in parades and nursing homes. Jerry also performed to senior citizens in the Waukesha Civic Theatre community outreach program.
Visitation will be held at CHURCH AND CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1875 North Calhoun Road, Brookfield, Monday, August 12, from 5 PM until time of Service at 7 PM.
