Gerald "Gerry" Hovey Obituary
Gerald “Gerry” Hovey, 95 of Columbia City went to our Lord and Savior on Friday October 24, 2025, at Home. He was born on January 20, 1930, to Charles and Laura Hovey in Oaklawn, IL.
Gerald will be remembered by his Siblings, James (Jessica) Stormer, Joseph Stormer, Matthew Stormer all of Warsaw and Carolyn (Mike) Scheglal, Florida, Nephew in law Kevin Stormer, nieces and nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Jerry will be remembered by his joyful and loving spirit. He always had a smile on his face. One of the things Gerry enjoyed most of all was going to car shows.
Family and friends may gather at Oakwood Cemetery Chapel on October 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM for a brief committal service. Burial will take place after the service in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Pastor Larry Burkhart will officiate.
