Gerald lived a truly inspirational life, dedicated to family, country, and his many passions. He was a remarkable man who spent over four decades crafting a successful career in marketing, most notably with Alliant Tech Systems. His work was driven by a remarkable ability to forge connections and communicate with sincerity, leaving a lasting impression on colleagues and clients alike.
A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Gerald served his country with honor for four years. His experience instilled in him values of discipline, resilience, and commitment, which he carried into every aspect of his life. Though baptized in the Catholic faith, Gerald later found a spiritual home within the Methodist tradition, where he deepened his connection with faith and community.
Above all else, Gerald's heart belonged to his family. His love for his grandchildren, Tyler and Madelyn, was unparalleled, outshining even his passionate support for Villanova basketball and his cherished Philadelphia teams: the Eagles, Phillies, and 76ers. Whether he was cheering from the stands or the comfort of his home, his spirit was always one of joyful encouragement.
In his free time, Gerald was an avid golfer, often found perfecting his swing on the greens, a testament to his enduring pursuit of excellence. He reveled in travel, ever eager to explore new places and cultures with curiosity and wonder, embracing life's adventures with an open heart and mind. A connoisseur of fine wines, he treasured these moments shared with family and friends, always ready with a witty story and a warm smile.
Gerald is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Roberta, his son Jeff, his parents, Ferdinand and Mary, and his brother-in-law, John. He leaves behind his loving son Brian, daughter-in-law Rebecca, and his sister Mary, who will forever cherish his memory and carry forward his legacy of love and laughter.
