Gerald Jacobson Obituary
Jerry graduated from Anoka High, attended the U of MN School of Forestry, and the Layton School of Art in Milwaukee, WI. He was active in Boy Scouts; Committee Chair in Shakopee; Committee member and Den Mother Coach Trainer in Monticello.
His work career took many turns - professional photographer, small resort owner, label sales, IT consultant. His wood shop, fishing, and cooking were his passions.
Survived by his wife Karen (Madsen); daughter Nancy (Phil) Drazkowski; granddaughters Kayla (Mitch) Coopman and Ashley Drazkowski; great-grandsons Isaac and Eli; sister JoAnn (Gary) Rivers.
Preceded in death by parents Melvin and Dorothy Jacobson; son Curt; and brother Tom.
Celebration of Life on May 4 at 2 PM, Visitation one hour prior, at Peterson Chapel, 300 N Main St., St. Michael, MN. Memorials preferred to Conquer Cancer or Alzheimer's Association (MN-ND Chapter).
