It is with heavy hearts that the family of Gerald John Lino shares his passing on October 17, 2025, in Edgerton, Wisconsin. Born in Staten Island, New York, Jerry was the only son among six children of Gerald John Lino, Sr. and Marie (Martino) Lino. He attended Curtis High School in Staten Island and later began his career with the New York Police Department (NYPD), where he proudly served for many years and retired as a Detective. After his retirement, Jerry continued his lifelong commitment to security and leadership, serving as Vice President of Security & Loss Prevention for Wells Fargo Armored Service, Vice President of Security for Loomis Fargo Armored, and Vice President of Security for Davis Bancorp. Jerry especially treasured his time at the lake house, where he enjoyed watching the sunrise, eagles, birds, and deer-but he was happiest when surrounded by his family. Another joy in Jerry's life was spending time in Florida, soaking up the sun while Wisconsin faced its cold winters. Many lasting friendships were made through golfing, concerts, and the parties and dinners at Trawler Village. He is survived by his loving wife, Vicky (Gerber) Lino; his children, Sean (Kimberly Sherman) Lino, Sari (Zac) Brigman, Veronica (Dan) Woodruff, Kraig (Jennifer) Kelliher, and Kari Kelliher; and his cherished grandchildren (by age): Cody Hanson, Kiarra Eith, Emma and Madison Brigman, James Lino, Walker Woodruff, and Elliana Woodruff. He is also survived by his sisters, Linda (Bob) Eccelston, Carol Piegari, Patricia Nugnes, Marie Polumbi along with many nieces and nephews. Jerry was also the Godfather of two of the nieces: Jennifer (Eccleston) Deen and Lisa (Piegari) Croye. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald John Lino, Sr. and Marie (Martino) Lino, and his sister, Geraldine Callaghan. The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to Agrace Hospice for their compassion, comfort, and support-especially Katelynn Payne, whose care and attentiveness meant so much to Jerry and his family. Albrecht Funeral Homes and Cremation Services is assisting the family.
