Gerry was my brother 100%, blood or no blood. He was an amazing human being. Kind, generous, loving, and such a sweetheart. Gerry and I would get on my sister's nerves when we were together haha. We would keep busy by going gambling and always eating good food together. I want to share a funny story:
My daughter was having a get together around Christmas time some years back. I found a box of Christmas dog cookies and set them out on the counter. Well Gerry feasted on them while everyone looked. Then we all had a good laugh. He said "I'm never taking anything you offer me ever again!" LOL.
I miss you terribly and my heart is broken. Gerry's family is in my prayers.

Gerry was a great inspiration for me during my career with the Postoffice.
We worked together for many years in Southeastern and later in Philadelphia when he selected me for his T3 team.
We played a lot of golf back in the day and played on leagues. We took multiple trips to South Carolina at Myrtle Beach. He was a pleasure to be around and was a funny prankster. A talented golfer and I wish I could say that I beat him on occasion but he was in a different league.
My heart goes out to his family and I pray for wisdom and comfort in days to come.

Kristin, Lauren and Dan,
I am holding you all close in my prayers. Your dad was one of the funniest guys I know. I enjoyed playing Pinochle with him. He could always remember what cards were played and he usually won. I'm praying that all of the wonderful memories of him will sustain you during the difficult days ahead. Sending love your way.
