To Lynn, Marsha, Debra, Sandra, Lyndee, Kelsey, Christopher, Matthew, Katie, Ava and to all the rest of the family, our hearts
were broken when we first heard of Gerald's passing. As we
all know he lived his life to the
fullest and endeavored to make
heaven his home. There's not
enough words to say how much
he loved his beautiful wife Lynn, she was definitely the most precious gem of his life, other than his children, grandchildren & others. He was so very sweet & kind to me. Always had a "Word" to say. He is definitely going to be missed by all but thank the Lord for the memories and all the good times we can all reminisce about. All the cooking and baking and entertaining he did not only for his family but for whosoever decided to come by for the day. I think Marsha use to call him "Mr Fix it", or something on that order. May the Lord be your strength & comfort not only today but every day. Be strong for one another, love each other and be that friend that each one needs during these hard times. Lean upon the Lord most of all. We love you all. I know I left a lot of names out, not intentional but to put them all I'd have to write a book. That's a Mitchum/Mixon/Gaskins thing. Too many to name. (HaHa). My prayers are with you all at this time. If we can do anything please let us know. Darleen Gaskins
