Gerald Pangerl Obituary
He was born on January 14, 1932, in Braham, MN. Jerry served in the Air Force and worked as an autobody technician for much of his life. Jerry earned his pilot's license and was a member of the Princeton, MN flying club.
He married Doris Marlene Berglund on December 10, 1955. They settled in Princeton, MN in 1969 where they raised their family and remained for their nearly 70 years together. They worked as a couple in real estate and RV deliveries.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Doris Marlene (Berglund); their five children, Denise Bauer (Mark), Bruce, Jeff, and Mike Pangerl, and Deanna Torgerson; as well as his cherished 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William C. and Sigrid; his brothers, Larry and Ron; his daughter-in-law, Wendy (Turner) Pangerl (Mike); and his son-in-law, Scott Torgerson (Deanna).
A celebration of Jerry's life will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2024 from 4-7pm at Princeton, MN VFW, 133 Rum River Drive North.
