Gerald Platzer Obituary
Ricky moved to Fern Park Developmental Center in 1981 from Gainesville, Florida and was one the first residents of Fern Park. He was of the Baptist faith.
Ricky is survived by his father: Gerald F. Platzer of Casselberry, FL; a brother: Mike Platzer of Casselberry, FL; a sister: Tina Cartelli and her husband Brian of Denver, CO; several loving nieces and nephews as well as his friends at Fern Park Developmental Center.
He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Ruth B. Platzer.
A Graveside Service will be held at a later date in Panama City, Florida where he will be laid to rest with his beloved mother.
