I had the pleasure of knowing "G.B." in school in Boydton, Virginia. He was always happy and added so many nice warm smiles to our day. He was an asset to all who knew him.

Sandra & Ben, I am so sorry to hear about Gerry's passing. I can remember all the years that we were neighbors and it was always a nice time spent with the three of you and it is such a sad time to think that he is gone, but I do know that God greeted him with open arms and you and the family will surely be in my prayers. I will only remember the good old days, and will be in touch with you. Give my love to all and please take good care of yourself. Love your neighbor from the good days of past. Nancy and family.

I just learned of Mr Rhodes passing and I'm truly sorry to hear of this. Gerry and I were neighbors for a long time, and co-workers for many more years. He was an Outstanding individual.
