Gerald Scoons Obituary
WESTERLO - Gerald "Jerry"/"Jake" Leonard Scoons, 85, of Westerlo, N.Y., entered into the Kingdom of God, May 8, 2025.
The family will receive visitors on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave., Delmar. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. Entombment will be in Graceland Cemetery, Albany.
A Celebration of Life will be held on June 28, at 2:00 p.m., at 28 Jansen Lane, Berne, N.Y. 12023. Please R.S.V.P. through Douglas Scoons at [email protected] and Barbara Jansen at [email protected].
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jerry's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Disease Association, 1003 Loudon Rd., Cohoes, N.Y. 12047, www.alz.org/northeasternny.com
