Gerald Kenneth Snyder, age 49, of Roscommon, passed away on July 15, 2025, at Munson Healthcare - Grayling Hospital unexpectedly.
He was born on November 8, 1975 in Lansing, MI to Larry and Carole (Slater) Snyder. He was known for being a hard worker and helping anyone in need, even strangers. He was also a very kind man, nearly giving the shirt off his own back for anyone. He was a very social person who could strike up conversations easily.
He loved to go fishing with his brother-in-law almost every weekend when they would come up to visit. He had his problems and demons but was a good person deep down. He was a great brother and friend and will be missed deeply by his family, friends, and many others.
Gerald is survived by his siblings, Connie (Calvin) Stier of St. Johns, MI, and John (Julie) Huguelet of Remus, MI; nieces, Amanda (Ken) Surline and Jenessa (Brad) Adcock; 3 great nephews; and many cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, Larry and Carole Snyder.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future.
