Gerald A. Tortorello

A procession to Washington Memorial Park, where Gerald will be laid to eternal rest.
Gerald Alvin "Jerry" Tortorello, 82, of East Patchogue, New York, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 25, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Born on January 16, 1943, he was the son of the late Arthur Anthony Tortorello and Dorothy (Lambiase) Tortorello. Jerry spent his career with General Motors, where he served as a dedicated Parts Manager until his retirement. He had a lifelong love of music and especially enjoyed playing the drums.
Jerry is survived by his devoted wife, Susan (Krajovic-Barresi), and his children Lisa Sacchetta (husband Gianmarco), Corisa Guiffre (husband Chris), and Brad Tortorello. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Corinna Morra (husband Alex, children Marco and Lia), Alexa Abbondandolo (husband Brian, children Angelo and Matteo), Christopher Guiffre, Jaime Guiffre, Ariana Tortorello, and Brad Tortorello Jr.
He was also cherished by his step-sons David, Steven, and Joseph Barresi. David and his wife Michelle blessed Gerald with granddaughters Michaela and Gillian, and Steven's children Alex and Jayden held a special place in his heart.
He is also survived by his siblings Ingrid Simnowitz, Ed Tortorello, and Chris Tortorello, and was predeceased by his sister Lorraine Tortorello.
