Gerald Towns Obituary

He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He then worked as a bus driver for West Virginia University. He enjoyed golfing and being outdoors.
He is survived by his loving wife Rita Irene Dunn Costello Towns; his son Kevin Towns and his wife Paula; stepdaughter Susan Harman, one sister Marlene Knox; four granddaughters Amanda Quinn and her husband Philip; Amy Boggess and her husband Keith, Samuel Harman, and Lucy Harman and six great grandchildren.
In keeping with Gerry's wishes he will be cremated, and a private burial will be held at a later date at Catawba Cemetery. Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the family with these arrangements.
