Geraldine professed her hope in Christ. She was a member of Peaceful Chapel Missionary Baptist Church until the time of her passing.
Geraldine was preceded in death by her husband. Haywood Dell. Jr: one granddaughter. Tatianna R. Delk: three brothers John Starks, George Starks, and Charlie Starks, two sisters. Lillie Bay King and Mamie Stanback.
Geraldine leaves to cherish her memory six children, Bernice (Columbus) Reid, Jerry W. Delk, James E. (Rochelle) Delk, Connie (Marcella) Delk, Mary D. (Jerry) Cole, and Spencer Delk of all Brownsville, TN; thirty grandchildren, forty great-grandchildren, two sisters, Gertha (Bobby) Halliburton of Indianapolis. IN and Nancy M. Starks of Brownsville, TN: two sisters-in-law, Mildred Starks of St. Louis, MO and Catherine Starks of Huntsville, Al; one brother-in-law, Jessie King of Brownsville, TN: a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
