Geraldine Mills Obituary
As a young adult Geraldine met and married the late Sherman William Mills. Their union produced five children; a daughter Toni and sons Keith, Gerald, Todd and Barry. Geraldine held many jobs in her life but a nurse's aide position for Beaumont at Bryn Mawr senior living n Bryn Mawr, PA suited her well as she retired from Beaumont after fifteen years of service.
Geraldine enjoyed maintaining her home, watching TV Westerns and telling stories about her life experiences.
Geraldine was an active member of Bethel AME Church of Ardmore where hse sang with the gospel choir, and she was also a member of PAM Senior Center in Ardmore where she participated in sewing circle, bible study classes and lunch programs.
Geraldine was preceded in death by Toni Ann Mills, Keith Mills, Minister Gerald Mills Sr, and siblings; Theodore, Thelma, Catherine Lewis, Rufus Helton, Jr, Nancy and James Helton.
Geraldine leaves to cherish her memory; two sons Todd and Barry Mills, daughter in law Barbara Mills, brother-in-law Roger Mills, Sr, sister-in-law Rosalie Helton, a grandson, two granddaughters, a great granddaughter, nieces, nephews, and friends.
