Geraldine M. Derocher was born in Flint on June 27, 1932, daughter of the late Louis and Lorraine (Ethier) Derocher. She married Howard Pomroy on October 21, 1953. He preceded her in death. Geri worked as a loan officer at Michigan National Bank. Family was very important to Geri. She enjoyed visiting her siblings who resided up north.
Geraldine is survived by daughter, Diane (Wayne) Rutherford; 1 granddaughter, Jennifer (James) Beamish; 3 great-grandchildren, Christopher, Eric, and Alexandria Beamish; many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Lorraine Derocher; husband, Howard Pomroy; son, Gary Michael Pomroy; siblings, Raymond Derocher, Dorothy Cronover, and Evelyn Lee.
