As a child, Gerry taught me how to whistle which drove my grandmother crazy. It's one of my strongest memories from childhood and I love her for giving it to me.

My wife and I were blessed to have the pleasure and privilege of ministering to Ms. Jerry at the Assisted Living Facility where she resided. She was a regular attendee at the Bible Studies and Chapel Services we held there. She was a joy to be around, and her smile was so warm and embracing! She loved to sing during Praise and Worship...and her spirit was truly genuine. We always looked forward to ministering to her and she will always be with us in Spirit. Thank the Lord for her presence in our lives...her memory remains precious!

For any of Gerry´s friends, I wanted to share a photo of myself and my son, we didn´t have the pleasure of meeting Gerry, but are related through her cousin, Arabelle Pennypacker (Kimble) ; who was a beloved grandmother to my siblings and I, also passed at 99 years of age in December of 2016. Would love to learn anything we cab about Gerry and wish I could tell her how strong the roots are! I unknowingly was having a gin while reading her obit and couldn´t help but smile. She sounds like living was something willed inside her that she took pride in and I hope those with her memory think of her well and often. Regards,
