Obituary of Gerard Edward Marciano

Gerard Edward Marciano, 44, of Freehold Township passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was born in New Brunswick, raised in Jackson, and settled here in 2011. Jerry's hobbies included listening to music, watching movies, and playing video games. He also loved traveling with his family to the South; he especially enjoyed visiting the Smokey Mountains, and you could always rely on Jerry to know which roads to take.

Jerry is survived by his loving parents, Gerard and Dorothy Marciano of Jackson; sisters, Lorraine Mendez and her husband, Marcus, and Veronica Marciano and her boyfriend, Chris Price; nephews, Marcus, Matthew and Justin; nieces, Ava and Paige; uncles, Mark, Michael, and Robert; and his aunt Claudia.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 11:00 AM funeral service on Friday, August 29, 2025 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Brigadier General Wm. C.
