Gerardo Moscato, 76, of Toms River, NJ, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on January 7, 1949 in Puglietta, Comune di Campagna, Provincia di Salerno, Italy, Gerardo emigrated to the United States for love and to build a family in 1981. He was a man of hard work and quiet devotion, dedicating 35 years of service to the United States Postal Service before his retirement. Proud of his Italian roots and equally proud to call Toms River home, Gerardo lived a life centered on family and tradition.

He is survived by his wife, Felicidad, and children, Anthony and his wife Denyse; Vincent; Genna and her husband Anthony; and Julia and her husband Ryan. He leaves behind four adoring grandchildren-AJ, Presley "Maria", Anthony, and Emma-with another granddaughter soon to join the family. He is also survived by his sisters, Giuseppina "Pina" and Silvana and her husband Silvano, along with his nephew Danilo.

Gerardo is reunited in heaven with his beloved parents, Emma and Antonino, and his nephew Matteo.

Those who knew Gerardo will remember his love for family gatherings, his sharp sense of humor, his passion for sports, and the limoncello he crafted with pride. Above all, he will be remembered for his devotion to his family, who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.

Services to celebrate Gerardo's life will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2025 from 1-4pm at Kedz Funeral Home in Toms River, NJ. Family and friends are welcome to attend and honor his memory.
