Jerry and I worked together for many years. He was always a hard worker. The younger guys couldn't keep up with his pace. He was a generous man. He often went out to eat in the evening and bought extra food for the next day to share. He was also humorous. He liked tricking the guys into eating extreme hot wings. He'd tell them "they're not that hot" and then get a laugh at their reaction when someone ate them. We loved sitting at the table with Jerry. There was always something to eat. He was an avid sports fan. Loved the Braves and Falcons and you could easily strike up a conversation about either team. I have way too many stories to share here. Jerry was always willing to go out and have a good time. He was a good man. Kind, generous, strong, humorous, intelligent, and a veteran on top of that. Rest in peace my friend. I will miss you dearly.
