Hollywood, Florida - Gershon Press Rapoport, from Miami Beach-FL, was a beloved son, brother, brother-in-law, grandson, nephew and cousin who died on November 30, 2022 of a drug overdose. He is survived by his parents Drs. Shirley Press and William Rapoport and his sister Sarah Rapoport. Gersh bravely battled drug addiction for 19 years. He is best remembered as a gentle soul always available to help others. He was a talented artist, singer, lyricist and guitarist. His sense of humor and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
