Gilbert C. "Gil" Miller

Age 94, of Friendship Village, formerly of Bethel Park on Tuesday, June 29, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Marcie Miller; loving father of Michael (Christine), Daniel (Terri), and Sue (Carol Gouty) Miller; dear brother of Rosie (late Louis) Kuchinic; cherished Grandpap of Andrew (Amanda), Jeffrey (Ann Marie), Greg (Eugene), and Scott Miller, Matthew Hooper, Lindsay (Nick) Shoush, Emily (Tim) Gapinski, and Eric and Kyle Gouty and dearest Pap Pap to ten great grandchildren. Also survived by adored companion, Nancy Bucey and her children, and her grandchildren. After 35 years, Gil had an impeccable reputation as an honest businessman as the owner and operator of Miller Hardware in Bethel Park and McMurray. Miller Hardware was known as the place where you could get the right product to solve household problems. Gil had a passion for flying, was an avid golfer, a member of Valley Brook Country Club for many years, and enjoyed traveling, but his true happiness was spending time with family, friends and especially his grandchildren.
